Sofie and Billy's Compensation Story Continued...

So, picking up from where we left off. 

Last time we shared the information that Sofie and Billy had filled in all their data, and our website had generated the letter for them. On Friday the 29th the letter was mailed to Easy Jet by Sofie, she used our airline's contact list for all the information she needed. 

The letter was sent and Sofie's part was done for now. This is the part where we come in and help with that extra push by taking to Social Media and applying pressure. 

We have begun the process of asking questions and as it has only been a couple of days since the letter has been sent. We won't be pressing hard for now.
