Our previous blog included the step-by-step process as to how to determine if you are eligible for a refund or compensation.

Get Paid When Delayed

Use our free website to check for eligibility and generate your customised claim letter for a refund or compensation. The next step involves a generated sessions ID and you will receive a PDF via e-mail of your customised letter to be sent to the Airlines company. 

Example: This is a letter from one of our actual customers. 

Get Paid When Delayed

This letter is to be sent to the Airline Company. They have to respond within 14 business days.

To make things easier we have also included on our website a comprehensive list of contact details for the Airline companies.

Here is how to find it: from our home page, click on the 3 lines button which will trigger a drop down menu with these options on the left. Airline Contact Database is number 3 on the list.

Then click on the Airline Contact Database option, which should bring you to the list on the left.

Choose the airline you flew with from the drop down menu on the left, which will bring you the contact details of the airlines
